Inside the “Locanda delle Corse” you can find the restaurant “Salvi”, also known as “Trattoria delle Corse”.

Salvi restaurant is one of the oldest restaurant of Rome and it is managed for over 50 years by Salvi's family.

At the end of the XIX century it was a place where people could have a dish and could take a rest during horse journeys; today you could still discover all of those ancient flavours thanks to all the typical dishes of the roman cousine and the excellent wine list.

Our specialities are “Bucatini all'amatriciana”, “fettuccine al tartufo”, “tonnarelli” with mushrooms and “tagliolini cacio e pepe”.

You shold not miss the excellent meat specialities like “coda alla vaccinara”, “trippa alla romana” and all the roast meat dishes prepared by the chef, Luigi Salvi.

The restaurant also have pizza and sweeties for all tastes.
